You then need to cut new right hand threads in the correct locations. Its much easier to get right hand threads cut then left handed!

Get a QuoteWebSep 4, 2014 · Is the RCX sleeve made to go over the end ("Snout") of the outer joint, or, is the inner rod (threaded rod) supposed to thread through the sleeve, and into the outer joint, until the sleeve butts up against/binds tight against outer joint, then tighten jam nut from inner rod to wall of tie rod sleeve? The sleeve takes the place of the jam nut.
